Above are sample checklists that you might find useful. Remember, these are samples from weddings that I have done and are just examples. Each wedding or event is unique and will have its own supply list.

Decorating the Foyer and the actual Ceremony site can be very frustrating unless you have
all of your supplies listed. When you have them, check them off. When a decoration is
finished, check it off. You feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment when you see all of those checkmarks and look at all of the pretty decorations.

*Very Important - Always assign a trusted
person to be responsible for envelopes that guests have dropped off as gifts. We always hope that no one will spoil the day by stealing, but it does happen. Always make sure purses and any other valuables are locked up when the wedding party is not in the changing rooms.
